Names of subdirectories in this directory represent the year and month 
of the year, each represented as a two-digit number:

  yymm

where "yy" is the last two digits of the year, and
      "mm" is the two digits representing the month of the year.

For example:

    0112 = December, 2001
    0208 = August, 2002
